# Ma commande est incomplète ou incorrecte

S'il manque un article à votre commande ou si vous n'avez pas reçu le produit commandé, contactez-nous en [cliquant ici](https://moneywalkiehelp.zendesk.com/hc/fr/requests/new). Ajoutez à votre demande une photo du contenu de votre commande, et précisez si la commande a été passée depuis l'application ou depuis notre site web.

💡 Pour une commande passée dans l'application, vous retrouvez son numéro dans **Compte > Mes commandes** : indiquez-le dans votre demande.
